Sailextreme 2018

Notice of Race and invitation can be downloaded or read from  Manage2sail.

When published at regattastart, Sailing Instructions can be downloaded or read from Manage2sail.

Startlists and optimist group can be downloaded or read from noticeboard at Manage2sail.

The initial optimist-A startlist will for each day be the grouplist for that day,

• The first day the startist R1 (yellow and blue) will show the groups
  • yellow optimist_a__r1_yellow__start_list__10
  • blue optimist_a__r1_blue__start_list__10
• The second day the startlist R5 (yellow and blue) will show the groups for that day, (there were 4 races the first day )
  • YELLOW ⇓ optimist_a__r5_yellow__start_list__10
  •  BLUE  ⇓ optimist_a__r5_blue__start_list__10

Entry should be done from Manage2Sail where you find a list of all classes represented in Sailextreme 2018.

You access the entry form by selecting  “Register for this class” or “Register for this event” in the overviewlist with all classes and competitions.

Please remember that registration for a class (entry) requires that you has signed-up as M2S user. How to do that is described in the process below.

ONLINE PAYMENT 2018: 

 Payment of entry fee is to be done using the online credit/debit paymentcard option (Visa, mastercard aso). Payment can be done when you enter your entry data, or later. But should be done online before entry deadline

NOTE:

Registration fee will change as of May 4th.

Registration is valid when paid. It is the payment date, which determines the amount of the fee. If you have signed up early (and maybe before payment was possible) you still have to pay within the deadline to get the discount.

• Saturday 19. may
  • Kl. 08.00 Servicebureau in Kayakclub opens for check-in
  • Kl. 09.00 Launching area opens for dinghys
  • Kl. 10.00 Pre-sail meeting for C-optimist outside clubhouse
  • Kl. 11.00 Sailing starts at area A,B,D,E .

• Sunday 20. may
  • Kl. 08.30 Launching area opens for dinghys
  • Kl. 09.00 Pre-sail meeting for C-optimist outside clubhouse
  • Kl. 10.00 Sailing starts at area A,B,D,E
  • Kl. XX.XX Prize giving ceremony for each class in sequence as results is final.

The 2015 map will apply for 2018 also
