According to the statutes, modification or adjustment may occur upon request or if clarification is requested. The actual statutes defines the same sport and concept as described since the very first statutes, The three adjustment has been

• 2014.
  • a clarification of regattas held in country beside the original restriction to Germany and Denmark. It started with a swedish option, and is now open to all active countries with a soecification of “active” based upon particpating in Goldcup regattas
• 2018
  • a more detailed race decription,exspecially to type windward-leeward with reference to sailing.org foramt and recommandadtion, including a recaemanagement guide a templates for NoR and SI to help with the continuity and conformaty between all godcup regattas
  • a specifation of the wording “Club Represented” as the helmsman club
